Canadian Cardiovascular Society grading scale for angina pectoris (CCS scale)

Description
No angina with ordinary physical activity, walking or climbing stairs. Angina occurs with strenuous or rapid or prolonged exertion at work or recreation
Slight limitation of ordinary activity. Angina occurs with walking or climbing stairs rapidly, walking uphill, walking or stair climbing after meals, in cold or wind, under emotional stress, during few hours after awakening, walking > 2 blocks on the level, or climbing > 1 flight of stairs at normal pace and normal conditions
Marked limitation of ordinary physical activity. Angina occurs with walking 1-2 blocks on the level or climbing 1 flight of stairs at normal conditions and at a normal pace
Inability to carry on any physical activity without discomfort. Anginal syndrome may be present at rest
