Typical symptoms of celiac disease, such as chronic diarrhea, growth faltering or weight loss, and iron-deficiency anemia
Positive serum CD-specific IgA class antibodies at high titer
HLA-DQ2 or DQ8 genotypes
Celiac enteropathy on small intestinal biopsy
Response to gluten-free diet
