Widespread pain index ≥ 7 and symptom severity scale score ≥ 5
Widespread pain index 3-6 and symptom severity scale score ≥ 9
Symptoms are present at a similar level for at least 3 months
No other disorder that would otherwise explain the pain
Diagnostic criteria are not met
