  - < 6.0 cm: 2 points

- Modified Mallampati class:
  - Class I (soft palate, fauces, uvula, and pillars visible): 0 points
  - Class II (soft palate, fauces, and uvula visible): 1 point
  - Class III (soft palate and base of uvula visible): 2 points
  - Class IV (soft palate not visible): 2 points

- Neck movement:
  - > 90 degrees: 0 points
  - 80-90 degrees: 1 point
  - < 80 degrees: 2 points

- Ability to prognath:
  - Yes: 0 points
  - No: 1 point

- Weight:
  - < 90 kg: 0 points
  - 90-110 kg: 1 point
  - > 110 kg: 2 points

- History of difficult intubation:
  - None: 0 points
  - Questionable: 1 point
  - Definite: 2 points

To calculate the total score, convert each patient response using the scoring system above, and sum the scores from all parameters. The total score ranges from 0 to 12.

Interpretation of the total score:

- A score less than 4 suggests a low risk of difficult endotracheal intubation, implying routine airway management plans are sufficient.
- A score of 4 or more indicates a high risk of difficulty, signaling the need for enhanced preparation, alternative techniques, or additional resources during intubation.
