Risk of Clots in Kids With Trauma Score (ROCKIT) is a clinical tool used to estimate the risk of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in pediatric and adolescent trauma patients. It incorporates age, injury severity, Glasgow Coma Scale, blood transfusion, intubation, and major surgery. A total score ≥17 indicates a high risk of VTE (≥2%) and supports consideration of prophylactic anticoagulation.
