A history of severe, hypersensitivity reactions to α-1-proteinase inhibitor products
Patients should be carefully screened for any known allergies or hypersensitivity to Alpha-1-proteinase inhibitor before administration.
IgA deficiency
Patients should be carefully screened for IgA deficiency before starting Alpha-1-proteinase inhibitor treatment.
Warnings and precautions
Viral infections, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease
Use caution with risk factors for the transmission of infectious agents. Patients should practice good hygiene, to reduce the risk of viral transmission. Depending on the specific viral infection, antiviral medications or supportive care may be administered as per medical guidance.

Bronchitis, injection site hematoma, peripheral vasodilation, pharyngitis, asthenia, chest discomfort, dizziness, fever, generalized pruritus, injection site pain, nasal discharge, throat pain, rhinitis
